Trinity Cathedral launched its RE-Humanization Project earlier this year. The Project is a series of conversations and actions aimed at finding ways we can counter the de-humanization of various peoples and groups in the world today as part of our Gospel call to love our neighbors as ourselves.

We invite you to join us on Saturday, September 13, 2025 to further explore how we can connect with our inner truth, align our behaviors and attitudes with that truth, and transform messaging that blocks us. This will be a multi-sensory experience that includes identifying the fears that block access to our true selves, a guided meditation to ask for wisdom from our higher sources, and a sound healing both to receive transformative healing and also, if you wish, to offer that healing back to those we love, those who are suffering, and the world at large.

WHEN: Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025, 9AM – 12PM
WHERE: Trinity Cathedral, 100 W. Roosevelt at Central, downtown Phoenix

BRING: Water bottle, open heart, yoga mat if you wish to lie down for the sound healing. A journal and pen will be provided, but if you prefer, please bring your own.
