We welcome people at any stage of their spiritual journey. We prefer the word formation to education. In a world that increasingly reduces education to simply the imparting of information, the older Christian concept of formation communicates that it is the whole person that is to be shaped and not simply the mind. At Trinity we have a strong commitment to life-long learning from experience.

Intentional Community Groups are groups (currently two) with a maximum membership of 12 who meet once a month to explore the experience of soul-faring using the practice of Lectio Divina (divine reading). Intentional Community Groups are a setting for the training of spiritual facilitators, supporting the development of spiritual capacity within the community.

Education for Ministry (EfM)
EfM is a four-year lay ministry training that equips participants for active lay ministry not only within the Trinity community but in other congregations and the wider world. The program has been developed for the parish setting by the Episcopal School of Theology at the University of the South in Tennessee; it is widely used throughout the Episcopal Church and other denominations.
